(May 26 to June 10, 2025), we invite you to join us at the Sub-Zero and Wolf flagship showroom in Makati, where precision cooking and culinary mastery come together in a communal dining experience. In partnership with Antonio’s, this exclusive pop-up restaurant transforms the space into an intimate setting where every dish, every conversation, and every shared moment becomes part of something unforgettable.



The Chef
Recognized as one of the Philippines’ most esteemed culinary figures, Chef Tony Boy Escalante is the force behind the award-winning Antonio’s. At The Table, Chef Tony Boy brings his signature sophistication with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances supporting his culinary vision—not just in this space, but also in his own home. His choice to use these appliances personally is a testament to the precision and reliability he values in every kitchen.




The Concept
At the heart of The Table is a shared belief: unforgettable meals begin long before the plate—and linger long after the last bite. That’s the promise behind every Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance. With expert food preservation and precise temperature control, they support every step of the culinary journey—from preserving the freshest ingredients to finishing each dish with refined technique. This collaboration with Chef Tony Boy Escalante embodies this promise. His thoughtful approach to food mirrors our commitment to quality, intention, and connection.
The menu at The Table features seasonal produce from our long-standing partner, Good Food Community, who support small-scale farmers. By incorporating their harvest into the menu, we honor the origins of each ingredient and the people behind them. Together, we’ve created a dining experience that celebrates these values—meant to be shared, savored, and remembered.

The Restaurant
Set within the sleek surroundings of the Sub-Zero and Wolf showroom, The Table brings the essence of Antonio’s into an intimate, reimagined space. Inspired by the restaurant’s timeless hospitality, the setting is thoughtfully designed to encourage connection and meaningful conversation. With one long, beautifully set table, guests are invited to gather, share a meal, and create lasting memories.

Reservation Guidelines
We look forward to welcoming you to The Table, a special collaboration between Sub Zero and Wolf and Antonio’s.
Kindly take note of the following booking details:
Set Menu Price: Php6,500 per guest
Inclusive of VAT: subject to 10% service charge
Original Pairings:
- Wine or whiskey pairing available at Php2,200 per guest
- Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available à la carte.
Seating Times:
- Two seatings per evening — 6:30PM and 7:30PM
- Communal table experience | Smart casual attire
Reservation Policy:
- A full deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
Dietary Restrictions:
- Please inform us in advance if you or your guests have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- We will do our best to accommodate within the limits of the set menu.
